Sam Akinrotiba leads SamKins Construction, a premier custom home builder and design-build contractor in the Atlanta Metro Area.
With over two decades of experience in residential and commercial construction, Sam is an entrepreneur, licensed NASCLA general contractor, realtor, and Building Information Modeling expert. His background spans home building, construction management, project estimation, and real estate development across the USA and Nigeria.
A graduate of the University of Lagos with a Bachelor’s in Building Construction Technology, Sam also holds both Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Building Construction and Facility Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.
